in the temple, or near the temple, I generally attending mangala arotik, chant my rounds in the temple, greet the Deities, and attend guru puja. Then I usually leave and begin my morning exercises, take breakfast, study, rest and do some correspondence, right up until lunch at 1:30. I generally have meetings in the afternoon from 2:30 until 5:30. Then whatever time the evening program begins (preferably not before 6:30 PM), I attend that. Because I`ve not traveled in these Russian regions for so long, I may make some slight exceptions, and have 1 or 2 meetings (if necessary) in the late morning. I "MAY", depending upon health, make an occasional exception and will give a morning program, but I should not be asked to do so. I will decide depending upon how well I`ve been able to follow my schedule, and how my health is. I do not expect temples to pay for my airline tickets, but if any donations can be raised from outside congregational members, or disciples living outside, then it would be nice if my secretary`s tickets (in this case, you) could be paid for. However, I do not expect the money to come from the temple.

Approximate diet of Maharaja (from Caitanya Lila dd)
Morning: oat meal with some raspberry or some berry. Applesauce. I cooked 2 apple in the oven, just staff it with a banana or raisins. Take like one hour until its really soft inside. Some fruits like a banana, mango, grapes, raspberry. I was trying to make some cookies from oat flour (only olive oil can be used).
Lunch: I made a kitry with a brown rice(first cook rice like one hour(45 min) cand then mixed with a dal). You can do just brown rice, but Guru Maharaja need some protein. Few subdji, like steamed asparagus or broccoli...Sweet potato (every day) Can make it in the oven or just like sabdji. Okra, Green beans, Brussels sprouts. what else.... I was trying to make a bread or chapati from special flour like....o, I don`t remember name...Steel flour. I will find out and write you again.
Dinner: Soup and crackers or bread or brown rice. You can use only little bit of olive oil, no sugar, no salt.
